I’m a personal chef based out of Newport, Rhode
Island. Originally from here, I recently moved back after
spending 10 years in Vermont and Boston. I’m a graduate
of Middlebury College and the Cambridge School of Culinary
Arts.
My goal is to use various ethnic cuisines and techniques
to create tasty, balanced dishes. I incorporate local
produce and organic products whenever possible. I am also
certified to ServSafe standards and for CPR, AED, and First Aid for all ages."
I also believe in the foundation of the Mediterranean
Diet:
• A diet rich in whole grains,
fruits, legumes, and vegetables
• Olive oil as a primary fat
• Relaxed meal times and the family network
• Limited, but regular alcohol consumption (the
“1 glass of red wine per day” theory)
